Circular of Suzhou Municipality on Accelerating the Resumption of Various Industries in the City

(Suzhou Epidemic Prevention and Control Notice No. 14)

Based on the continuous improvement of the epidemic prevention and control situation, in order to better meet the production and living needs of the people, and on the premise of strictly implementing the prevention and control measures, our city will further accelerate the resumption of work and production in various industries, and fully promote the normalized operation of the city. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. The commercial service industry has fully resumed operation. Commercial complexes, shopping malls, shopping centers, wholesale markets (including agricultural wholesale markets), professional markets, small commodity markets, farmers' markets, hotels, homestays, supermarkets, convenience stores, pharmacies, gas stations, and grain and oil, vegetables, fruits, food stores, operating food, clothing, daily necessities, vehicles, communications, building materials, and providing services such as beauty salons, laundry, housekeeping, decoration, pets, maintenance, photography, intermediary, and recycling, You can resume work and business without filing.

2. The catering industry resumed business independently. Restaurants, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, tea houses, and other catering units independently decide to resume work and operations. Personnel gathering activities such as large-scale banquets must not be held before the end of the epidemic.

3. The cultural tourism and entertainment industry is classified and resumed. Literary and artistic production units such as literary and artistic troupes, radio and television broadcasting institutions, transmission institutions, scenic spots, museums, libraries, public cultural centers, and art galleries may resume work without filing. Theaters, bookstores, cinemas, and chess and card rooms need to be filed with the competent department before resuming work. Inter-provincial (city, district) and entry-exit team tourism business, as well as "air ticket+hotel" tourism business, offline education and training venues, and child care institutions, should wait for the notification of the relevant superior departments before resuming work.

4. The stadiums and gymnasiums are resumed as scheduled. Indoor and outdoor stadiums, swimming pools, gyms, and other sports venues open to the public (except for school stadiums and gymnasiums) can resume work on the premise of strict implementation of prevention and control measures, disinfection of venues, and flow control.

All industrial units that have resumed work and production must strictly implement epidemic prevention measures, prohibit personnel gathering activities, and maintain ventilation and unclosed areas for various activities.
